Nurses Today, Inc. launches a New Service
" Peace of Mind Connection “

Nurses Today is pleased to announce the roll out of its new service to its forwardthinking clients. The service is being offered to those clients who are able to function independently, wish to remain in their homes and want peace of mind that help will be there when needed.

The service is designed to provide a “connection” between the client who may have future needs and our company. Nurses Today will contract to provide regular contact with the client until there is a desire to take advantage of our full range of services.  

Some of the services available are: 

ü      Development of a plan of care, choosing appropriate caregivers, staffing and orientation. 

ü      Linkage and coordination with other community resources. 

ü      Family consultation and regular updates to the family if needed. 

ü      Consultation with and/or accompanying the client to the physician. 

ü      Regular on site supervisory visits by the RN/Case Manager to monitor the client’s progress.

ü      Skilled intervention by other health care providers as necessary. 

ü      24 hour /7 day a week access to our company

Included in the service is: 

v     An initial assessment completed in the client’s home by a Nurses Today RN or Care Manager. 

v     RN/Care Manager contact with the client by telephone either monthly or quarterly to update the client’s original assessment and health status. 

v     Review of the contract at the end of one calendar year and continuation of the Peace of Mind Connection contract if the client chooses.

If the client, at any time during the year, needs a full range of services a quick, efficient transition can be made because the initial information has already been performed. The RN/Care Manager will work with the client to initiate additional services.

Fees for this Service are : 

Ø      The assessment and year of quarterly telephone contacts is billed at $500.00 per year for one person and $900.00 per year for a couple.  

Ø      The assessment and year of monthly telephone contacts is billed at $750.00 per year for one person and $1000.00 per year for a couple. 

By providing a connection to our company prior to any critical need for service the client and/or family can have peace of mind and the confidence that assistance is a phone call away.
